Thank you Scott for pulling us out of the noise. We were operating QRP from our camp site at Canyon Camp Boy Scout Camp near Stockton, IL www.canyoncamp.org. The scouts on hand for the QSO were amazed and some have been inspired to get their ticket! smiley 73 -- Scott N9EQ

Nebraska State Fair
Once again, we are helping with the Nebraska State Fair.  We assist fair-goers in locating missing children (or parents), misplaced vehicles and general information as needed.  You can listen to LARC at the fair on the W0MAO repeater (147.330+) or you can listen with your PC on the Internet.  Just click the HERE .

If you are interested in assisting with the fair, please contact Reynolds (K0GND).

D-Star Now Linked to Omaha
D-StarThe W0MAO D-Star repeater (gateway) is now linked to the KD0CGR gateway in Omaha. The link will remain semi-permanent for the time being. Remember, wait until you hear the beeps before you key your radio. If you key while the repeater is 'up', your transmission may not go through.
